By accessing, creating an account, or deploying campaigns through HAAN MAIL PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use or deploy this software.

2. Nature of the Service

HAAN MAIL PRO provides dispatch management, cadence throttling, templating, and telemetry tools that connect to third-party SMTP servers and email relays configured by the customer. HAAN MAIL PRO does not provide shared outbound email servers, IP addresses, or sender reputation. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid, authenticated SMTP credentials (including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records).

3. Sender Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable regional and international anti-spam regulations, including the United States CAN-SPAM Act, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and local consumer protection laws. Specifically:

You must have documented opt-in consent or an established business relationship with every recipient in your directory.
You must never disable or remove mandatory unsubscribe headers or links.
You must promptly honor all unsubscribe requests and maintain an active suppression list.
You must include a valid physical postal address and accurate sender identity in all marketing communications.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

We maintain zero tolerance for spam, phishing, financial fraud, malware distribution, or the use of purchased, rented, or scraped contact directories. Accounts flagged for abusive sending or violating our Acceptable Use Policy are subject to immediate termination without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Deliverability

While HAAN MAIL PRO provides advanced deliverability safeguards (such as cadence jitter, batch throttling, and spam scoring), we do not guarantee specific delivery rates, open rates, or inbox placement. Mailbox providers (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo, and corporate firewalls) determine message placement based on recipient engagement, your domain authority, and message content.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date. Subscriptions provide software access and allocated sending limits.
