We collect and process the following categories of data solely to provide the Service:
- Account Information: Name, work email address, hashed password, and organization name.
- SMTP Configuration: Relay host, port, username, and encrypted credentials necessary to authenticate with your mail servers.
- Campaign Metadata: Subject lines, HTML bodies, dispatch timestamps, and delivery success/failure logs.
- Telemetry Data: 1x1 transparent open pixel events and click redirect counts to compile campaign analytics.
3. Security & Encryption Standards
We implement industry-grade technical and organizational safeguards:
- All HTTP and WebSocket communications are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.
- Sensitive SMTP passwords and secret keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM algorithms.
- Authentication sessions use secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookies to protect against Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
